John Palka is a graphic designer and artist living in the beautiful Redwood forest of Santa Cruz, CA. Inspired by his father who was an artist and a mother who was a biology professor, John’s work tends to incorporate the natural world. Having grown up in natural history museums and biology labs, he combines his love of taxidermy, natural specimens and oddities with his interests in the macabre, steampunk, and curiosities to create his works.
